ERP-CRM Jobs In India

ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning refers to integration of various processes of an organization into a single unified system. This integration is achieved by the use of multiple software and hardware components. On the other hand Customer Relationship Management or simply CRM is basically a customer centered business strategy. It’s main objectives are revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction. CRM helps in tracking and managing the organization’s relationship with it’s customers.

ERP systems attempt to cover all fundamental functions of an enterprise and they are being utilized by all types of organizations such as non manufacturing businesses, non profit organizations and governments. An ideal ERP delivers a single database for the software modules including manufacturing, supply chain management, financials, projects, human resources, customer relationship management and data warehouse. This aids the company in the control of business activities like sales, manufacturing, inventory management, quality management and human resource management.

Customer relationship management includes various programs such as customer facing operations, internal and external collaborative functions, customer advocates and experience designers, performance managers and marketing analysts, customer and employee surveyors and analysts. Any company which incorporates CRM treats customer relationship as an asset and it focuses on maintaining them, investing in them and measuring the returns it receives from them. It integrates all interactions with each customer unlike a customer service center which consists of only one interaction at a time.

Careers in Customer Relationship Management demand high quality experts. Today most of the CRM jobs include Director of customer and shared services, customer service manager, strategic customer analyst, planning manager, commercial finance manager, client service manager and many more.
